These bars are so delicious and are shipped so quickly in cool packs in order to prevent melting. When I received them, (I ordered the variety pack), I tried each one. While I have my personal preference of the peanut butter ones, there was not one flavor that I would not eat again.
Sticking To Keto Can Be Tough
Starting Keto was a challenge due to a complete change in mindset about fat in general and counting it as a good thing versus bad. Regardless of the specifics of the diet, like most other diets, sweets and sugar were huge no-no's. I honestly was not too confident that I would be able to maintain this very long.

The flavors alone made me want to try them, but upon reading some of the nutritional fast facts, I knew it was definitely worth a shot. With 13 grams of fat, five net carbs, and only one gram of sugar, it not only fit in to my daily macros, but would help give me that nice little fat boost I could use in the middle to end of day when my eating naturally slows down.
Those 13 grams of fat are filled with staple Keto ingredients like coconut oil, peanut butter, butter, among others. There are no artificial colorants or preservatives, and even the sugar alcohols that are typically found in Keto foods were minimal. These are some impressive bars in a market that is so competitive.
As a busy person, I'm always on the go. Because of this, I was happy to find out that despite the wholesome ingredients found in the bars, keeping them in the fridge is not required to keep them fresh. I personally enjoy them cold, so I stick mine right in the fridge for whenever I want them. Although, because of the oils in the bars like coconut oil and the other heavy fats, they can easily melt, so that is something to keep in mind depending on your personal situation.

Since implementing these in to my Keto diet and my daily routine, I am noticing that my sweet tooth does not drive me up the wall anymore.
