Diving Face First Into The Keto Life
There is pressure to stay connected in order to survive. Whether it is work, home life, socializing or achieving daily tasks, we have to suck it up or find a balance. Some have it easy with or without help and others are constantly learning as they go.
In the midst of daily routines, staying fit is important but I have had to sacrifice my health by doing less than the bare minimum. I eat to stay alive but I have been guilty of just getting something convenient or on the way.
So when I decided to do better and get my health back on track, I looked at YouTube for diet suggestions. I wanted to go beyond diet fads and because I am stubborn or embarrassed, I wanted to do it without doctor recommendations.
I was naturally compelled to cheat after two weeks into my diet. I am guilty of rewarding myself of a cheat day when I lost the first 10 to 20 pounds. When I gained the weight back, I try to make up for it by trying to find a quick fix solution to help me get back on track.
